We currently use Australia Post for all of our shipping. Express Post is the only option available for postage, with local pickup being available from Cranebrook, NSW. The postage fee is payable by the customer in conjunction with a handling fee. Postage cost is based upon the weight of a product.

Once funds have cleared, please allow up to 3 business days for funds to transfer for bank payments, all items are then shipped via express post the following day. All items should be received within 48 hours.


All orders are updated with a tracking number once received at the post office. We supply you with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the Australia Post website. to check the progress of your parcels delivery.


Due to Health & Hygene issues we are unable to return Gel Polishes. Please ensure you choose your colours correctly at the time of purchase. Should you have any issues with your items, please feel free to contact us on our contact us page, or email us on
